I had a close call this morning. My alarm didn't go off! I think it's time for a new one. I fortuitously looked up at 7:15, scrambled out of bed, threw on some respectable clothes, brushed my teeth so fast that the toothbrush Lorentz Contracted (much like a particular Limerick of Mike's), and met Mike at 7:19 in our hallway. We set out, only to be greeted by a beautiful day with crystal clear blue skies and a DUCK on Wriston! Yes. That's right, a duck. Check it out. A lady walked and did a rather perfect double take. She wasn't expecting a duck either.
At 7:30, we entered the Ratty to stay. Believe it or not, there was actually a line! Mike equated it to the line outside FishCo during Commencement week, though I reckon that this line, full of bleary eyed early risers, is a bit less exuberant than the one outside of FishCo.
Andrew and Wilson have joined us now. Andrew brought a few percent of the books in the Rock with him to write a paper for his econ class regarding the application of economic principles to Egyptian tourism industry. Wilson has a goatee.
